Léonie Sonning Talent Prize 2022
Frederik Zeuthen was born in 1996 and grew up in Vig in Odsherred, Denmark. He started playing guitar at the age of seven and started composing jazz music at the age of 15. Currently, he is living in Malmö, where he is in the process of taking a master’s degree in classical composition with Bent Sørensen and Staffan Storm as teachers. Since 2016 he has studied composition and orchestration with the composer Bo Holten and collaborated with a large number of orchestras and ensembles. Frederik has also composed works for several international soloists and several music festivals. Frederik has a bachelor’s degree in composition from the Jutland Conservatory of Music.
